At Recycle Nanny, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your handcrafted treasures with love and sustainability in mind.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia with the following options:

Standard Shipping: Flat rate – Delivery within 3-6 business days Australia-wide. Express Shipping: Flat rate – Delivery within 1-3+ business days Australia-wide.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Pickup

At this stage, we do not offer local pickup. However, if you’re based in Ballarat or Geelong Areas, feel free to contact us to discuss special arrangements.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Recycle Nanny, we want you to love your handcrafted purchase. However, due to the nature of our handmade and upcycled products, we can only offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage or defect
Your order number

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Custom Orders & Personalised Items
